Warranty

Cashflow Entertainment Pty Ltd provide a 1 year warranty commencing at the date of shipping each unit for customers within Australia.
For customers outside of Australia, the commencement date shall be considered the landed date at the first port, within the country of that shipment.

The warranty is a "Back to Factory" for repair / replacement for any component that is defective or substandard due to the manufacturing process.
Shipping costs will not be paid for by Cashflow Entertainment Pty Ltd unless otherwise agreed to in advance.

The warranty excludes damage caused by any event other than the component(s) intended use. Events causing damage can be defined as (but not limited too) mains power fluctuations, modifications or repairs not carried out by Cashflow Entertainment Pty Ltd (or our authorized repair personnel), tampering or touching a part / component by any party unless under the direction of Cashflow Entertainment Pty Ltd.

Warranty exclude wear and tear items - (e.g. ropes, cables, gears, motors, bushes and bearings, wheels, claw/grab coil and 12 Volt battery) but may be covered at the discrecion of Cashflow Entertainment Pty Ltd.
