Cashflow Entertainment understands that the quality of software plays a major part of each games ability to maximize its revenue and keep your players coming back for more.
We also believe that the software needs to be simple to negotiate for the service person, and where ever possible, without having to rely on referencing a service manual.

Two(2) major issues facing operators is Cash Acceptance and Out of Orders. 
The following two features are inherent to Cashflow Entertainment crane PCB's.

Cash Acceptance - Getting the cash into the tin:
Cashflow Entertainment's crane PCB has solved most of the cash acceptance issues allowing International compatibility for money accepting systems and currency of any country. 
Installing coin acceptors and bill readers other than those supplied by the manufacturer is often frustrating. They are usually pulse outputs, or the channels don't match, or you have to install an interface between the coin mech and the PCB with a pulse out converter. And you still have the limitation of a dip switch bank and looking up the spec sheet. 
Then there is the next price change, and no spec sheet in the machine. 
Cashflow Entertainment's PCB / Software include:

• Simple menu readout via a 2 x 16 digit LCD display.
• 6 credit channels allowing any value to be programmed on each channel.
• 100's of coin/credit combinations not available via the traditional dip switch bank.
• Allows any form of single or twin coin mechanism as well as a bill acceptor or swipe card system.
• Allows and accepts single or multiple pulse outputs from any coin acceptor/bill reader/swipe systems. (minimum 20mS)

Out of Order ....and no one called, which is even more frustrating when the venue is charging you rent for the space.
SMS - The following feature requires the installation of your SIM card to function and assumes that the GSM card and antenna is installed and the machine is within the GSM network area coverage.

• GSM/3G Quad Band mobile technology with 2 way communication.
• Coin Jam - receive an SMS if the coins jam across either of the sensors in the QL coin acceptor.
• Entry Jam - receive an SMS if there is a blockage across the coin entry face plate.
• Power NOT on SMS - receive an SMS advising you that the location has not turned your crane on for opening time.
• Earnings and prize payout reports to any mobile phone (on/off option) - fantastic for fine tuning the order of each collection and stock run.
• Error messages SMS to your mobile phone - a 'no down time' opportunity, no more relying on the venue to report an out of order. 
• With 2 way communication, allowing remote error resetting with reset report - This can reduce your call-outs if a reset is achieved, just check this machine on your next call.
• Error report memory log - displays the last 4 errors for your engineer to double check the machione on the next visit (resetable).
• Break in (possible theft) alert via SMS alert - help protect your earnings - EVEN WHEN POWER IS TURNED OFF 
• All SMS reports and error alerts can be sent to a combination of 4 compatible phones from each machine.
• Status request SMS - send a request to any machine and request its status or earnings.
